The owner of the premises at Cantadorstraße planned extensive restoration work that would have collided with the normal office operation. Therefore, the rental contract had to be cancelled. Anyway the office rooms lastly became too small, so SEKISUI Chemical was looking for a new office.
Since mid-April 2016, SEKISUI Chemical is based on the Königsallee 106. Thanks to the new office rooms on the 8th floor, the employees as well as clients can fully enjoy the wonderful view of Düsseldorf. Besides the sales company, SEKISUI Europe also moved into the office on the Königsallee. Before moving in, the floor had been renovated and now offers instead of two large rooms several small ones. For both companies it was particularly important to ensure an efficient working atmosphere with space for each employee. Precisely because SEKISUI Chemical was already looking a long time for a new office, President Yoshikazu Tsukuda is very happy about finding a new location for his team in the heart of Düsseldorf.
