New SAP system: “SuccessFactors”

The SEKISUI CHEMICAL Group constantly aims to improve personnel development and therefore an adequate module of the SAP system “SuccessFactors” will be launched shortly. With this system, it will be possible to conduct online training courses and exchange information internally within the training groups, if desired.

The launch of the system was piloted in Japan on a trial basis, now North America is about to launch. The next step will be the rollout in Europe with all European employees to join and benefit from each other’s experience (the trainings for the new system have already started).

This will be a step towards future-oriented employee qualification to achieve the vision of “Fusion”. Hopefully, many colleagues all over Europe will be able to use the system by the end 2019.

In this context, necessary data such as names and business e-mail addresses will be requested by the system to enable its use. Please see the legal information below.
