SEKISUI has agreed to divest SEKISUI Virotech GmbH in a stock sale to Virotech Diagnostics Holdings GmbH. The purchase price was not disclosed.

SEKISUI Eslon produces all products lead free
Since 2009, SEKISUI Eslon is working on the phasing out of the usage of lead based stabilizers. The company has now succeeded in producing all products lead free.

SEKISUI Chemical moved into a new office in Düsseldorf
The owner of the premises at Cantadorstraße planned extensive restoration work that would have collided with the normal office operation. Therefore, the rental contract had to be cancelled. Anyway the office rooms lastly became too small, so SEKISUI Chemical was looking for a new office.
