At the beginning of October, the SEKISUI Football Tournament 2018 will take place for the third time! Again, many different countries from Europe are represented, with new and familiar faces. It’ s about time to introduce the nine participating teams.

What are you looking forward to the most in this year’s tournament?
We are looking forward to showing the new team members how much fun it is to participate in this tournament. For seven players in our team this will be the first time at the SEKISUI European Football Tournament. On top: Connecting with the other players, team bonding and of course enjoying the good weather (hopefully).
How do you prepare for the tournament?
Because of different shifts it is not possible to practice all together. Most players play football, or have played football in the past.
Why will your team win?
Luck, motivation, charm and the will to win.

How do you prepare for the tournament?
We follow the FIFA world cup – kind of the beginner edition of the real SEKISUI tournament. That should be enough.
Why will your team win?
Well we didn’t win the last two times. So it’s about time…

Some physical training in form of football matches and a lot of image training with seeing football matches.

Our No.18 dribbles past his opponents so easily and we also have our player Inui – like our Japanese national team.

We are looking forward to having a fair and sportif event. And eventually to win the cup!
How do you prepare for the tournament?
We tried to get strong physically. In addition to this we are planning to have several training sessions. Depending on our opponent we will also have specific tactics.
Why will your team win?
We will win as we have united skills: players from Spain, Japan and the Netherlands. Furthermore, we can offer a balance between experience soccer players and young talents.
